Tom Hardy fans go wild as the actor is immortalised as Royal Marines figure to support charity

Tom Hardy fans are in for a real treat, as you can now have one of him at home with you.

The actor, 41, originally from London, seemed delighted with a Royal Marine figurine of himself, which has been created by Green Wolf gear – a veteran owned company that sells collectable action figures and models.

The figurine, which costs £180, has been created with Tom’s seal approval and all proceeds will support the REORG Jiu-Jitsu Foundation, a nonprofit launched in association with The Royal Marines Charity.

When the charity released pictures of the figurine fans went crazy for the doll and said they couldn’t wait to get their hands on it.

The actor, who is an ambassador the REORG Jiu-Jitsu Foundation, happily posed with the figurine alongside a friend and supporter of the charity.

The figurine is dressed in a Royal Marines combat unit and comes with a green beret and even equipment.

Fans on social media loved the figurine, with one even joking: ‘This is absolutely amazing!!! On point!!! Big pats on the back! Also can I get one in large?’

While another fan said: ‘Pretty impressive!! And Tom’s live approval’.

Other fans said they couldn’t wait to get one while another one said: ‘I’m wanting this!’ and then cheekily said: ‘Any chance I can have it autographed too?’

The manufacturer explained how much detail went into the figure and revealed that the charity and Tom were ‘on hand throughout the whole design process and gave their approval on equipment and the likeness of the head.’

The limited edition figures will be available for for pre-order next Wednesday, at a price of £180, via the charity’s website.

In 2015 the Royal Marines made Tom an honorary member – training with the 45 Commando for two days.
