This is what 55 looks like: Writer says sesame oil moisturiser and mild workouts keep her youthful

SESAME OIL MOISTURISER

A few times a week, I rub sesame oil onto my body before a shower — an idea I got from listening to The Ultimate Deepak Chopra Collection (audible.co.uk). Sesame oil is packed with antioxidants that are anti-ageing and the massage helps to boost circulation.

PERI-MENOPAUSE ELIXIR

When I turned 50, I noticed my body changing. I wasn’t sure what was going on. 

Then a friend recommended I see a herbalist, Jo Dunbar (botanicamedica.co.uk). She found I was peri-menopausal and needed to boost my oestrogen levels.
