1.Food : eat raw foods fruits & vegitables(skin colour red eg: tomatoes) that support skin & hair collagen balance we can prevent hair damage and maintain good hair in winter season..
Drink water as your weight 20:1 ratio water
Drinking water prevent dehydration and protect scalp and hair
Do not take more non veg diet in winter season because this time our digetion become poor, then get constipation other skin related issues
If we want to boost immunity drink one juice
Orange 2 nos
Ginger half inch
Grind well this three and take the juice. drink every day in 11 am or 5 pm
We can resist the winter season issues

2.Hair care method.
*Do not wash hair with chemical shampoos
*do not hair colouring
*do not hair straightening
Use 6 day routine as possible in your routine
6 DAY ROUTINE VIDEO:
Use small amount more oil in scalp and hair wash without shampoo
Do not use egg white and egg white packs.. that will may more dry hair.
do not use paste type packs in winter time hair care routine ( it will dificult to wash then use more water then hair become dry) eg.
Do not go out side open and pony tail hair style that will be hair become more dry
After headbath scalp and hair become dry aply some coconut oil or extre virgin cocunut oil that keep hair soft and smooth
If no time to drying your hair after head wash… dont do head wash wet hair may be damaged you hair texture and come hair related issues.
Do not comb wet hair…do not go with wet hair
Use headwash possible time working peoples and other busy peoples
Do not use more shampoo and daily shampooing become hair more dry and come split ends
Good time for head wash in house wifes
10 am to 5 pm
Before 10 am & 5 pm become cool so may be get cold, cough, other issues in winter season
