First Lady changes into her THIRD glamorous ensemble as she dazzles in Dior evening gown

Melania Trump looked a vision as the US presidential couple attended the state banquet at Buckingham palace tonight.

The First Lady of the United-States, 49, wore a white evening gown from Dior’s spring 2019 collection for the occasion, which was her third outfit of the day.

The beautiful gown skimmed her figure and had a sheer design at the top  – which complimented Melania’s skin tone. Her hair was styled in a stylish bun and she wore her usual smoky eye and minimal jewelery.

She looked relaxed and happy as she shook hands with and rubbed shoulders with members of the royal family including Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cambridge.

This outfit concludes a very stylish day, with three different outfits from the First Lady.

Earlier today she paid a tribute to the late Princess Diana in a number from Dolce and Gabbana. Upon landing in the UK, the First Lady sported a very stylish Burberry pussy blouse and Michael Kors skirt suit.

Morning: Mrs Trump’s Burberry pussy-bow blouse – which is in the colours of the Union Jack – comes in one of the label’s archive scarf prints, with ropes, red ribbon and military medals on on show

She chose an ensemble in one of the late royal’s favourite colour combinations – white and navy – for the engagement at Buckingham Palace.

The custom white dress featured a contrasting blue collar and flattering waist belt while her white Hervé Pierre hat was complete with a thick navy band around the brim. She finished the look with a pair of matching heels by Manolo Blahnik.

The crisp, tailored ensemble is reminiscent of several looks worn by Diana, including two white and navy skirt suits worn to public engagements throughout the 1980s and early 1990s.

Other royal watchers noted Mrs Trump might have turned to the silver screen for her inspiration, with comparisons to Audrey Hepburn’s Eliza Doolitle from My Fair Lady and Titanic’s Rose (Kate Winslet) both cropping up online.

On arrival at Stansted Airport this morning, Mrs Trump wore a £650 ($820) Burberry blouse printed with military medals.

The unusual pattern is an apparent tribute to the upcoming 75th anniversary of D-Day, which will be marked by the President and First Lady this week.

And last night, Melania left the Andrews Air Force Base, in Maryland, on Sunday evening in a £3,480 ($4,400) Gucci shirt dress.

The designer frock was printed with a graphic illustration of the London skyline – an early nod to her hosts -complete with depictions of Tower Bridge and the Houses of Parliament.

The Presidential couple enjoyed lunch with the Queen at Buckingham Palace, following a welcome to mark the official start of their three-day State Visit.

President and Mrs Trump were greeted outside the palace by Her Majesty, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.

President Trump’s daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner watched the arrival from the palace balcony.

In an apparently pre-planned move, Ivanka, 37, complemented Mrs Trump’s outfit in a white blazer and pleated skirt by royal-approved label Alessandra Rich.

Ivanka’s full outfit was from the Alessandra Rich Spring/Summer ’19 collection and is made up of a white pleated midi skirt teamed with a matching peplum jacket and a crystal embellished belt to complete the look.

All three pieces are available to buy and cost just under £3,000 in total.

The Duchess of Cornwall also plumped for white, wearing a classic knee-length shift dress with a beautiful hat, cream gloves and purse.

The royal tour already looks set to be a fashion show for Mrs Trump, who has sported three different looks in the last 24 hours.

The skirt suit is believed to be the same Michael Kors set previously worn by Mrs Trump to the funeral of a Secret Service agent.

The President’s wife kept the rest of her look understated, pairing the navy skirt suit with vertiginous Christian Louboutin pumps in the same shade and a pair of chic black sunglasses.

Despite the blustery wind, Mrs Trump was typically composed as she stepped out onto the steps of Air Force One.

She joined her husband to wave from the top of the stairs before watching her step as she made her way down in the towering heels.

President Trump reached for his wife’s hand as they crossed the runway and made their way to the waiting Marine One helicopter, which took them to the US Ambassador’s residence in central London.

The couple boarded the helicopter once more to make the short flight to Buckingham Palace, where they landed on the lawn.

The couple are joining the Queen, Charles and Camilla for a private lunch at the palace. It is thought the Duke of Sussex will also attend. The Duchess of Sussex will not be present as she is currently on maternity leave.

After lunch, the President and First Lady will fly to Westminster Abbey, where they will lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior. They will later join Charles for a brief meeting at Clarence House.

Tonight President and Mrs Trump will don their finery for a glittering state banquet, which will be attended by senior royals including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

However the event has been boycotted by a handful of high profile figures including Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.
