Final day to have say on future of former tillegra dam land

More t솔레어 카지노han 50 land claims have been lodged at Australia’s former Tilgra landholding near Canberra and Canberra County Council (ACC) is considering an appeal.

The land is under water and under consideration for an Aboriginal group land claim, which could mean it could be declared as a water body for the first time in its 137-year history.

The council wants to stop any future water use or dumping at its site until the claims can be heard and are considering a legal challenge.

It also plans to ask for an assessment of its environmental legacy from the National Environment Protection Authority (NEPA) before any more land claims are lodged.

At an ACC meeting in Canberra today, ACC landholders told the council they had already been informed of the outcome.

All of those that were present on Wednesday were told the decision would come out at some time this week, but many had not heard or were not sure.

They will be able to ask for an investigation by the government.

The new land-claim process is the first ever such challenge heard by ACC.

The council’s Land, Water and Environment manager, Tim Wilson, said ACC was “very h구미출장샵 구미출장마사지opeful” any decision would come through.

“What I really hope and intend is that it is something that will be a decision that can be made fairly,” he said.

“What we’re trying to do is just sort of find some way for people to understand what it is, where it is, to move onto the next phase.”

The ACC will now look at advice from a legal adviser before making a formal decision.

The next step will be for the council’s chief executive officer to make a formal letter of request to ACC’s chairman, Chris Mitchell, asking for the case to be dismissed.

“We’re really trying to get to the bottom of this, to get some answers and so forth about it, we just wanted to have a way of talking to people as far as to see what their feelings are.

“We’re still really keen to get to the bottom of it and we’re certainly interested in talking to people about it.”

Mr Wilson said the land clai부천출장안마안마med by the ACC could have an environmental impact of up to $5 billion and was subject to significant pollution.
