Peaky Blinders begins in 1919, after the First World War that left damaged men and a fractured society.

For 1 glass – Preparation: 5 minutes

  • 40ml (1¹∕³fl oz) single malt Irish whiskey
  • 20ml (²∕³fl oz) dry French vermouth
  • 20ml (²∕³fl oz) crème de menthe
  • 20ml (²∕³fl oz) green Chartreuse

Pour the whiskey, the vermouth, the crème de menthe and the Chartreuse into a shaker filled with ice. 

Shake well and pour through a strainer into a Champagne coupe or saucer, or a cocktail glass.
