Kim Sung-ryung, aged 50 (born February 8, 1967) is a South Korean actress. After winning the Miss Korea beauty pageant in 1988, Kim began her career as a reporter on KBS’s showbiz news program Entertainment Weekly. She married in 1996 and is a mother of two
sons. Kim played the mother of Lee Min Ho in the popular korean drama “The Heirs”. Recently, Kim was spotted with glorious long locks looking decades younger than her actual age. Netizens are stunned by her youthful look and well-toned body despite her age.

secret during an interview!
Drink A Cup Of “Super Drink” Every Day!
Kim mentioned that she drinks a glass of this “Super Drink” every day to maintain her beauty. This super drink consists of fresh soy
milk mixed with flaxseed powder. Scientists have discovered a substance called genistein in soya beans which can delay the aging process. Genistein is a natural plant-hormone in soy beans which has been found to boost the production of collagen, the protein which gives our skin its plumpness. Besides Genistein, Isoflavone which is found in soy milk shows promising result in improving the appearance of aging skin. As we age, our body tends to lose estrogen, the vital hormone that maintains skin elasticity.
The phytoestrogens in soybean helps to produce more estrogen in the body to reduce wrinkles and fine lines too.
Flax seeds contain extremely high levels of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids helps reduce inflammation in the body by combating free radicals. Free radicals causes wrinkles, pigmentation, and loss of elasticity. Mixing flaxseed powder with soy milk can maximize its anti-ageing benefits.
Doing Pilates Workout
Kim’s favourite exercise is Pilates. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Every part of the body, from head to toe, gets a workout from Pilates, and all are equally trained, helping you tone up your body while losing weight. Pilates workout can help to release growth hormone and reduce cortisol. This means increased bone density, skin thickness, cell growth and repaired and restored collagen fibers. If done everyday, it will help slow the aging process and improve the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
Good sleeping habits and posture
Kim mentioned that she is a back sleeper so she only use a medium thick pillow when sleeping. She don’t want it to be too thick, or it will push her head too far forward and cause neck wrinkles. She does not recommend people using a pillow which is too soft as it will cause your head to sink down when sleeping.
She only uses firmer pillow which provides a bit of neck support. She emphasized that bad sleeping postures actually cause wrinkles. Besides having good sleeping posture, Kim also tries her best to sleep at least 8 hours a day. When it comes to beauty routine, sleep may be the closest thing there is to a fountain
of youth. According to Kim, getting enough sleep can have a dramatic effect on how we look. Sleep deprivation and poor sleep quality can accelerate signs of skin aging and weaken the skin’s ability to repair itself at night.
