Lead a Healthier Life
Because vegetarians have to be more conscious about what they consume, they are often healthier eaters because they do more research about the kinds of foods going into their bodies. Thus, vegetarians are more knowledgeable about food and health.

Vegetarians are often a healthier weight than those that follow normal diet plans. They tend to have lower cholesterol levels because they are not consuming as much fat in their diet and have more fiber if they follow a healthy vegetarian diet plan. Vegetarians are often more active and have longer life spans because of this healthy weight. Additionally, the vegetarian diet helps to protect against obesity not only for the individual, but for his or her family, because they will have healthier food options in their household.

Improve Your Complexion
Vegetarians can also improve their skin complexion based on their food choices. The food in their diet is rich in water and antioxidants (plants are rich in antioxidants and vitamins). Because most vegetarian diets are full of fiber, vegetarians can also have a more effective digestive system.

Though there are many health benefits to being a vegetarian, it's still important to note that any diet can be unhealthy if it includes too many fatty snacks or fried goods. Even vegetarians need to make healthy food decisions.

Triphala:  Triphala is composed of three fruits, namely Harada (haritaki), Amla (amalaki) and Behada (bibhitaki). Triphala combines the properties of both a purgative laxative and a lubricating bulk laxative. It promotes good colon health and acts as a laxative without causing cramps or irritation. It gently stimulates the intestinal walls and restores tone to the colon, thus helping in the elimination process, providing a colon cleansing effect. More..

Psyllium husk is derived from the seed of the Plantago ovata plant. This time-tested herb has been described in ancient Ayurvedic literature as an emollient, gentle laxative, cooling and diuretic, hence, it is a popular household remedy for constipation.

Stay Away From Fast Food

Yes, it can be tempting to join your friends at the local burger joint for a bite to eat, but fast food often means fast fat. If you are going to eat at a fast food place, look for healthy diet foods. Ask for nutrition information and never assume something is good for you because it looks the part.
Set Goals and Keep Working Toward Them

Never start with the entire amount of weight you want to lose. Start with small attainable goals. For instance, if you want to lose 20 pounds set your first goal at five pounds. Or, your goal could be to be more physically active.
Don't Skip Breakfast

This is one of the most important diet tips for teens to embrace. Breakfast is the foundation of your day. It gets your metabolism started and gives you the energy to start your day. If you don't have time for a big breakfast try a nutritious shake, fruit, and yogurt. You can always throw a piece of toast in there too.
Get Moving

Exercise will boost your weight loss efforts and help get you in better shape. Plus, exercise can even make you feel better emotionally. Start off with some light low-impact exercises like walking or swimming. If you have been sedentary for awhile, 10 to 15 minutes is enough time to start with. Try to eventually build up to working out at three days a week for 30 minutes a session. There are many fun ways for teens to exercise: hiking, swimming, walking through the mall, Dance Dance Revolution, Wii Fit, EA Sports Active, football, hockey, ice skating, roller skating, and martial arts are just a few.

1. The most important thing you will need to start a boutique is capital. You will need money or a lot of credit. If you're having trouble in this department, you can look into grants or loans. You have the best chance at government grants if you're a minority. However, you should investigate all options, which include grants, loans, your credit, and your savings for financial resources for starting your boutique.
2. There are many types of boutiques. You will need to determine what type of boutique you want to start. Will you want to specialize in second hand clothing, wedding and formal garb, clothing accessories, or something completely different? One thing that can help you decide is that you will want to be somewhat unique. If there are tons of sportswear stores in your area, you won't want to duplicate that. Instead, you will want to go in a different direction.
3.You will need to acquire a business license. Talk to your local government to find out what all of the requirements are in order to apply. Ask them how you should proceed in obtaining everything you need. For instance, you will need to obtain a tax identification number. Ask your government office about how you should go about obtaining all your legal documents and licenses for your business.

Step 1
Create a business plan. This plan can be relatively simple in a clothing consignment business. However, if outside loans or funding are needed, then a more complex plan may be necessary. The business plan should include a company overview, services provided, market analysis, sales strategies, management breakdown, financial information and any requests for exterior funding (such as a small business loan).

Step 2
Set up a clear consignment strategy. Consignment shops can work a few ways. The owner can enter into a contract with people who consign their clothes. An individual brings in her used clothes for the owner to sell, then the owner pays her a percentage of the sale amount. Many consignment shops set this between 30 percent and 50 percent of the total sale. Other consignment stores may pay cash for clothes immediately. In that case, the consignment staff estimates how much the clothing will sell for and pays the clothing owner a fraction of this amount.

Step 3
Pick a location. As in any business, location is imperative to success. Most consignment stores will be frequented by women, so choose a location near other women-oriented businesses such as salons, cafes and clothing stores. Other areas to consider are near college campuses, at large subdivisions and in downtown city areas.

Step 4
Set up shop. Ensure that the store is user-friendly with plenty of racks to display clothing. Remember, women are the main customers, so display items that appeal to them like purses, jewelry and dressier items in easily observable areas. Tidy dressing rooms with full-length mirrors are also helpful.

Step 5
Accumulate clothing and other items. Begin gathering clothing and other items prior to opening the store. Distribute flyers about consigning clothes a month before opening the business, allowing people to bring their items in advance to be sold when the store opens. To increase the quantity of items, purchasing from garage sales and other thrift stores may help boost inventory prior to opening the store.

Step 6
Make sure to market. Advertising is important for new businesses. A few weeks before the store opens begin passing out coupons for the opening day. Consider posting an ad in the local newspaper. Coupons may offer as little as 10 percent off, but will let the public know the day that your business opens and what you are selling.

Step 1
Procure the proper licensing to run your flower business. Note that a flower business will require you to have one or more federal, state or local licenses or permits. Search websites to learn which licenses and permits you need and where to obtain them in your area.

Step 2
Decide what sort of flower business you want to open. Keep in mind that some florists run their business out of their homes and focus on providing the flower arrangements for weddings and other events. Other florists open traditional retail shops where they serve walk-in customers as well as handle weddings and other events.

Step 3
Choose a location that is appropriate for the type of flower business you have in mind. Select a location in a busy area with a lot of foot traffic if you want to open a traditional retail flower shop. Pick a location with plenty of space to create large-scale designs if you want to open weddings and an events-centered flower business. Consider using a garage on your property or an artist's loft.

Step 4
Buy tools and equipment for your flower business. Your purchases should include floral knives, buckets, a refrigerated cooler, thorn strippers, assorted ribbons, scissors, cellophane wrap, a variety of vases, several types of baskets, floral foam, powdered flower preservative, flower design books and magazines, rubber floor mats, a cash register, credit card machine and a computer.
